• You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the website and the materials or services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Prism Technologies. • You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the website or services, you may be exposed to content from other users that You may consider offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. Prism Technologies disclaims all liabilities arising in relation to such offensive content on the website. Further, You may report such offensive content in the manner prescribed herein.

GEOGRAPHICAL LIMIT

Unless otherwise specified, the Services provided on the Website are solely available within the geographical boundaries of the Republic of India. Prism Technologies makes no representation that the material on the Website is appropriate or available for use in other countries other than Republic of India.

FORCE MAJEURE

Prism Technologies and/or the dealers shall not be liable for any failure and/or delay on its part in performing any of its obligation under this Privacy Policy and/or for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by you by reason there of if such failure and/or delay shall be result of or arising out of any Force Majeure Event.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any violation(s) of the terms as mentioned herein shall amount to initiation of legal recourse against you as per the laws of India.

Prism Technologies controls and operates this website from Noida, India, and makes no representation that materials on this website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India.

Those who choose to access this website from outside India do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. Prism Technologies assumes no liability in case of any misappropriation of its website and images appearing therein

This clause shall survive the termination of this User Agreement.

General Returns Policy

1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on on website or as described in catalog. Return window is 10 Day from date of delivery. Refund will be provided within 30 day of receipt of returned item in satisfactory condition.
2. We will carry out verification checks and return will be processed only if:
   • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
   • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
   • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
3. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for full or partial refunds and customers will have to contact customer service within 5 business days from delivery date or estimated delivery date to claim refunds.
4. For Defective items, brand will provide On-call support followed by a Technician inspection at your location. Brand technicians will repair the item or provide a replacement recommendation as per brand policies. On the basis of the technician’s evaluation report, Amazon will provide resolution. Please keep the item in its original condition, with MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging. We may contact you and / or carry out verification checks to ascertain the damage or defect in the item prior to issuing refund/replacement.
